The Signals Early Stage Investors Are Over Rotating On
I think the founder's job is so much harder than an investor's job. We are again making a binary decision to give them money and then ideally support or not. So it's my job to squint and see past that sometimes. I think you correctly over rotate on quality hiring early on. That's one of the strongest signs to me of a compelling team, when you're able to start attracting unique outlier talent.
