Do Ucranian Forces Really Have Any Counter Offensive Capabilities?

Ucranian leadership will say, we're not giving up an inch of ucranian territory. They already lost a denaskin to hansk a long time ago. Are they really going to do an offensive from the west to retake rod areas from russia? Wl, yes. Do they have any counter offensive capability? And so far it it doesn't look like that. With o unprepared or half trained forces, you want to keep them on the defensive. That seems to be the strategy so far.
