The Importance of Having a Vision-Led Product

I like what you said earlier about having some sort of dreamlike vision for how you wanted the world to be and then constructing a product to make that vision a reality. And I think that's the opposite of the approach that most entrepreneurs take. Most of us look at the way that the world is, which I predict that the way the world is going. So we realized that and instead of fixing an existing process or plugging an existing gap, we decided to try to invent something new, something that doesn't exist yet.
