How to Make a Rule Run on Your Mack?

And i would probably, i haven't got that far down the rabbit hole yet, but ultimately, i think i would just enable it and duplicate stuff from my eye cloud contacts. I would still use e cloud as my primary contact data base, and then probably just turn it off on my back so i don't even see it.
