Many people join with a specific dream in mind when it comes to flying. What would you do then for those who just don't know much about what aircraft we have or what the opportunities would be? That's exactly where I was when I joined. I did not know what I wanted to fly. In fact, choice was forced on me physiologically speaking because I can empathize with one of your earlier podcasts. I'm a puker. The OGE program gives them exposure to communities and allows them to realize, is this something that would interest me or not?
