Why I Wouldn't Want Charter Schools

Charter schools have tended to work in cities, ok? Have tended to a work in not cities. I don't know why that is. It has something to do with the application of resources which are available in cities and less available in more rural areas. So i can see how my parents would and would not want charter schools given a set of circumstances they may be dealing with. O well, i think that they may not want the option if they have proof that, like, if it's a zero sum if you have the choice of really reforming a public school.
