Is the Booster Programme Slowing?

There's a bit of a blame game going on about the booster programme, says katy. The government hasn't quite decided what method it wants to use for getting people to take boosters. If you say you're going to bring in vacium passbals, would someody who hasn't even had the first jab have time to get their vaccine before christmas? I don't think they would. So i think there's lots of complications, which mean, when it comes to what's gone wrong, is the fact the rall it's too slow.
