i'd like to hear if maybe you could talk a little bit about a personal experience for you where you feel like youre doing mindfulness, but it's not like it doesn't go particularly amazing. Part of the reason you wrote this material was because you were having a health situation. What works for me is the best way to go through difficult stuff is to assume that i'm going to learn some things that i might not ha learned under easier conditions.
