The Legend of Mike Malloy

Mike Malloy was a regular at Mareno's bar in Harlem, New York. His line of credit had been canceled and he hit the streets to beg for money. He became known as Iron Mike due to his hard work during the Great Depression. The nickname is still remembered today by many people who knew him.
