Is There an Alternative to Making Your Own Content?

i just found it really ironic how ther their entire content is driven around them most of the time, struggling to focus. And they're writing books, which inherently take a lot of focus and mental effort. It just makes me question, like, why are these creators making this thing that the people their audience would struggle to read? I don't no. Ove they have a philosophy and ideology behind it. i just don't know what it is.
