The Immutability of God

Would it be incorrect to say that God does, does not experience emotions? I think it would depend upon what your, what in the, the, the wider context in which you make that statement. The Bible says things like the Lord hates the wicked and hatred. It can be an intense ongoing fury or a violent and passionate emotion.
