The Effect of Economic Liberalization Measures on Racial Inequality in Cuba

After the fall of the Soviet Union, economic liberalization measures had the effect of enhancing racial inequality on the island. I think it's important for US audiences to analogize the situation in Cuba with our current situation of COVID-19. In 2020, we in the United States are under siege.
