Irving Fisher's Thesis on Debt Deflation

i spent a good portion of my week in re reading irving fisher's am thesis on a detdefation theory. In a society of excessive indebtedness, there is just simply no rule against there being periods of cyclical inflation. So i don't view am the fet as having an easy job here, largely because i think that they made some mistakes.
