Is There a Metric in a Key Result That Drives Progress?
If a key result is an objective depending on who looks at it or wherever it appears in the hierarchy, that never works. The completion of sub goals doesn't automatically mean that the value for that metric has changed. A lot of people get kind of seduced by this ideal of rigid cascading but then they struggle to kind of move beyond that.
