What Kind of Therapy Is Best for You?

Psychotherapy is probably the most common type of therapy you'll find. It's based on the idea that talking about things can help clarify them. Talk therapy can help with emotions and emotional regulation. But it won't help with ad h d scales specifically. Of course, there are dozens of other kinds of therapy you can find. Not everyone is going to respond to therapy in the same way. So go into that first session treating it like a consultation. You don't need to people please your therapist. The most important thing is finding the right person for you.
