Does the Finance People Understand the Purity of Sport?

Sport has become so big that the money people in charge of it have a hypocrisy about them, says Simon Hooper. It's hard to condemn this as a moral failing because they've been taught: if it makes money, it must be good er. So were every time and again, sport looks not for the best in itself, but for the most profitable in itself.
