Real estate's typically not going to go to zero and the stock can, but you can buy something and then get upside down, right? And nobody wants that either. So for me, it's just I understand real estate and I understand the strategy that I employ within real estate. Dave: How do you categorize the different equities by risk? David: There is actually more risk when you're looking at things like microcaps because they're still trying to grow.
