Is There a Way to Watch All the New Calls?
You can watch all new calls. You can watch all the mist calls. Then you can list different users and contacts. And like ye said, there's so much benefit to having that visibility. Phonius is super cntextual to your business. They're like different types of businesses. Obviously, some will never use the phone. Some use it a ton,. from like full on call centers that have like full sophoris sweets for managing all this. But for everything short of that, i don't think that many people are thinking about the phone as a part of their process.
