Is It Necessary to Have a Conversation With Someone About Your Secrets?

In some ways this was, this is a waytofo to get the secrets off their chests, but not necessariy to have a conversation with someone about it. I'm wondering if part of the reason we hesitate to share secrets is that we imagine people will relate to us as if they were strangers. The act of sharing secrets with some one communicates to them, look, i trust to you. I trust that i'm sharing something that makes me vulnerable view and that act of trust, in some ways, transforms this person from being a stranger, some one, to some one that we trust....
