Is There More Upcorks in the Universe Than DownCorks?

Most atoms have an equal balance between protons and neutrons. That means the same number of upcorks and downcorks inside. The universe started out as mostly hydrogen and it's still mostly hydrogen. There are other particles besides matter particles, called fermions or bosons.
