I've noticed a massive change in am, like my recovery a, my sleep, and just how i feel. I used to do a lot of running ster am, you know, doing half marathons and and trying for those sorts of style f things. So i do like that. Performance base. Like getting quicker, getting faster, and that hini wouldn't mind. Sooting cluping back into somater. Nice. And you like raff, you slowed down by your heavy legs?
