The Trial of Laurie Valle
Laurie Valle was found guilty of murdering her two children. The trial lasted six weeks, but the jury deliberated for just eight hours before deciding she was fit to stand trial. Laurie's defense made the case that she was not fit to standing trial and sent off to a psychiatric facility where she will be assessed in April 2022. But during other appearances in court, Laurie is just sort of sat there constantly smiling, completely looking, unconcerned.
