Albandora found that it matters enormously what you think you can do, not just whether some one's going to pay you to do something or punish if you don't. Self esteem is how worthy of a person am I? They're obviously related, cause you might think like, if i can't do something, that i'm not worthy. If they were perfectly correlated, then there would be no people like my student.
