If you're taking your children seriously then instead of being locked up in an institution for all those hours for all those years they are out in the world meeting people and talking with people and making friends. The idea that it requires school for a child not to feel lonely is is mad or to learn how to socialize isn't true. "We learn through bold conjectures ... creativity and criticism we don't learn by having knowledge poured into us"
