As the sweetly urinous smell of maraana comes increasingly pervasive in our cities and towns, i believe the question that should currently be preoccupying us as a society is not whether the drug should be legalized, but how. Various forms of legalization have now been enacted in 18 american states, while in two thousand and 18 canada became the first g 20 country to fully legal the drug. Large european countries such as spain, the netherlands and portugal have effectively decriminalized for personal use.
