Payment for Order Flow

There's controversy around whether that that actually results in better or worse outcomes for users. In general, payment for order flow is perceived as a centralizing force. But there's a difference between private order flow and private transactions. Private transactions are a user expressing the preference to say, I just don't want this transaction to hit the public memo. These are things that are still relatively esoteric, but I think you're going to see them become less and less as MEV moves to the post-merger world.
