London Is Going to Suffer in This Downturn

It's bad in London, it's bad in the United Kingdom generally. I think we're looking at a 2% fall in GDP, something like that, peak to trough. The question really is whether or not there's feedback linked to the financial system that amplifies those shocks and makes things even worse.
