The DEA and the Civil Asset Forfeiture Movement

Civil asset forfeiture is happening all across the United States. DEA agent weight says, quote, we don't have to prove that the person is guilty. It's that the money is presumed to be guilty. Dirty money, dirty cops, bunches. This civil asset for a picture is literally somebody walking around with a baseball bat just knocking stilts out just like, Good luck. That's all it takes. One knock from this thing and everything falls apart. You know what I mean?
