Many of those patients we can stabilize using skills that we were taught to do through emergency medicine, critical care. And yes, they might eventually need that valve looked at, but that's probably not the emergency today. The emergency right now is good a b cs and critical care management that we all very comfortable doing. These are people that we need to be on at up front.
