The Importance of Rest Days
A rest day is never entirely that rusty, either, if you are riding the race. Some guys do have a day off - and some just won't bother riding their bike. Depending on the route of the tour, it can be a massive transition day for a lot of the people following the race. I remember in 2018, in your year, we had the first rest,. I think we finished the previous stage in route bay, and then started again, and see all the way down in the Alps. The main people this year, there was even a few, like, the commentators actually getting on there. Yeah, some of the journalists managed to black that, actually.
