Do High School Sports Teams and College Sports Teams Do Static Stretching?
I don't, not that the time of day matters for stretching, but usually I just don't find the time for it. But when I have a goal in mind injury prevention is a key part of the focususually. So I do my dynamic warm ups then. My understanding is that, you know, they're starting to move in the right direction and are doing less static stretching. It's certainly not going to improve your performance or help you stay healthy.
