The Importance of Joy in a 1000 Person Company
I just want to bring that joy of there's too many problems and we are unrestrained in how we can sort of bounce these things off each other. If I can, if you can make that happen in a Google, then that's amazing. Then I think you're going to be happy and have this joy going into your workplace every day. That's what I want. Give me that joy. Yeah,. And I see that at larger companies, it gets harder because I feel like, likewhat I experience is that I'm experiencing a gradient, like some sort of derivative. As continues to grow larger, the change I'm seeing is that's grown larger. It becomes much more valuable
