Could It Happen Again, Again?
The idea behind Dodd-Frank was not just to address the problems of the past, because you don't know the ones that are coming up. So one of the things that I think we see emerging is that climate change is actually a risk to the financial system. And then there's something called transition risk, whereas the economy moves away from fossil fuels to more renewable energy. What about investments and loans to all of these fossil fuel companies when we're heading towards net zero? so it's managing these risks, right? So is that systemic?
