The Debt Ceiling Deal and President Biden's Comments

President Biden sought credit for the bipartisan deal that averted a default and the economic catastrophe that would have followed. He also teeing up Democrats' messaging and priorities for a forthcoming four-month budget fight in which Republicans may seek to make good on some of those spending levels agreed to as part of this relatively brief deal.
