Think about a big circle going through your body. The blood in your lungs will pick up the oxygen and as it's then being delivered to all the tissues, it's going through vessels that we call arteries. And so arteries carry oxygenated blood. Then once the blood gets to the muscles or the skin, it's in something we call capillaries. Those capillaries get really, really, really tiny tubes. They're really tiny.
