The Electron's True Mass in Charge

fundamentally truly the electron and the other particles have no mass on their own it's all in their energy. If you think about composite particles like a proton a proton is made out of quarks those quarks have almost no mass but the proton has a good bit of mass where does that come from? Mass isn't its own form of energy it just reflects how much energy is inside something.
