What's Scoffering?

The first thing he talks about is the denial of the judgment. He calls them scoffers. A scoffer is somebody who box, who doesn't take others seriously. You might know a scoffer. I like to call scoffers people who quote the year to you. That's what scoffing is. It's actually not taking seriously.
