Is Super Symmetry Right?
Super symmetry is a theory that, the idea has been for some decades now. If super symmetry is right, it explains why the higgs field has its particular value. Another solution was maybe there's extra dimensions of space a and that that something people are also looking for. The most promising ideas have not yet been found at the l h c. But as you mention, if we don't find a solution to this problem, another ready made solution is the multiverse. This would be the idea that there are multiple universes. And i wouldn't presume to make any speculations becaus it's beyond my paygrade.
