The Price to Pay for Not Asking for Help

Because i'm a founder, i don't have to worry about the perception by my boss in me asking for help. And so that's how i would think about it if i had a manager. My my grandpa, who you've met, turns the table on this one and says, when somebody comes to you and says, i need your help, they feel valued. I was just about to say that ill valued, yes, he to merily on which i deftly byin to i absolutely agree with that.
