Business owners tend to make a mistake as they obsess about what they want and don't have clarity on where they are. So putting that on a bumper sticker, i might say, statement of the destination, is not a substitute for the road map. The key is how do you translate that target into an executable plan? In other words, i want to get to oz as the yellow brick road that needs to be built that will get me from where i am to what i want.
