Do You Have a Lease Agreement?

Go through the lease and make sure everything is covered, or like if it doesn't say pets are or aren't allowed. Like does it say in the lease, who cuts the grass? You don't want to go into this property thinking the tenant takes care of the grass, and then you find out that actually the owner paid for it. So verify with them anything that's not in the lease agreement.
