Avoiding the Blame Game

Use a V call that we released to the public at the beginning of the COVID-19 crisis as part of a set of V calls. This involves understanding what it means to be playing the blame game. The next step is to seek and in the seek step of this week, all we ask people to just take a few minutes to think about the way in which they and other people in their environment play the game. It's going to diffuse the situation and open up a real kind of communication rather than simply blame.
