The Effects of Alcohol on Hormone Health

There's an interesting correlation between elite runners and elite swimmers. They consume, I think it's three or four times as much alcohol as the average individual. Alcohol is seven calories per gram, whereas fats nine and protein and carbs are four. So your body very well may crave alcohol, along with fat, as we're planishing the calories that you've burnt.
