The Conflict of Competence
I think that part of the conflict that we experience is a conflict of competence. So for instance, obviously we have a competence with respect to the personal questions. And then you go from there and then you're talking about political issues and here. All right, we make a contribution, but it's a little bit diluted if we're in a big society. We live in a society living today where an expert is something that isn't just given. It's something in a sense earned by us.
