The Risk of Private Ownership

The Prophet Sala al-Hassalam said in one Hadiith, whoever revives a barren land, then it belongs to him. So again, within the private ownership, we have the opportunity to own land. If you cultivate it, then it becomes your property by virtue that you are tilling it and creating wealth from it. But if you don't and it goes to wastage, then it's no longer your property. It was anticipated here by the Prophet literally a thousand years beforehand.
