A reasonable juror could conclude that the church knowingly misrepresented that no tithing funds were being or would be used to Finance the Shopping Mall Development. Colby: That's why the Tom Phillips lawsuit in the UK and also Gaddy didn't have success. And it kind of reminds me of Miracle on 34th Street, right? That judge would not rule that Santa Claus was or wasn't real.
