Andy Brown: When somebody cold calls me the one that works the most and I think it's sort of emblematic is the handwritten note. He says he always tells people at hand written know especially now with everybody working remotely people don't know exactly your address or all of that but to get a handwritten note or anything delivered is it's like so so differentiating at this point. John Hoyle: Maybe the coolest part of my entire career was like I got to work directly for God and Chris Capacela.
