Coming Perfectionism Isn't Easy

In recovery, i know that i'm still going to have perfectionist tendencies. It's ok for me to be focusing more of my attention on the podcast than, say, how organized i keep my desk. Even when i try to lower my expectations, it's hard for me not to dream bigger about what it could be. We've already taken a look at our first step is acknowledging the problems with perfectionism. This is a crucial step.
