Georgia Grand Jury Practice Reform
The judges in my district would even go so far as to say, if a family member or a friend knows you're on the jury and asks you questions, you should tell them the judge told me, I can't talk with you about it. You know, Georgia legislators are considering some quote unquote reforms that would give them greater oversight of what district attorneys do. Fannie Willis and other DAs are on record is saying that there's a racist focus in that proposed legislation because it would impact DAs in places like Metro Atlanta.
