The patient that you see this in is somebody who has already like a little bit underlying adlectasis or maybe a small plural of fusion. So they have the capacity for things to go a little bit south already. And then that's augmented as soon as you give one of these medications that impairs the basic constriction. If they're already on oxygen, turn it up, sit them up, and then, you know, then go from there.
